Griffiths Ford has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist and Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for someone who is obsessed with all things social media with consistent and high-quality work. Someone who is self-motivated, accurate, and has excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Position Summary:
In this exciting role, you will oversee all “things” marketing for Griffiths Ford, Hinton Quick Lane, and North Street Auto Detail, with the focus on developing true and lasting social connections with our community organically.
Job Duties:
- Working with management to develop and execute a Social Media Playbook (strategy).
- Creating and managing all scheduling of social media posts.
- Content planning.
- Both content creation as well as working with our Content Creation team to create relevant, quality content.
- Posting across all platforms
- Execute promotions and contests across all platforms.
- Interact with all our social communities as they engage with us. This includes general engagement, responding to comments and managing DMs/PMs.
- Stay up to date on all social media trends to ensure that we are constantly “ahead of the game”.
- Ensuring that we are communicating with our social community to ensure that we are understanding the voice of the consumer and our community.
- Posting of new and used vehicles on various advertising media.
- Keeping website updated with all new and used vehicles, related content
The Details:
- You need to be obsessed with all things social! Not just posting but everything else that goes with a great community.
- A passion for Social Media content that is valuable to our community, not like a typical auto retailer posting pictures of sold cars or inventory!
- You need to be curious and always looking for ways for us to better connect socially including how we communicate, how we organize ourselves, how we leverage technology and how we get the most out of our current team members.
- In depth knowledge of all major Social Media networks including for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok.
- You need to be as obsessed with key performance indicators and statistics as you are with social itself.
- Experience on an organized professional Social Media team or related experience.
- Well versed in Photoshop/Lightroom or similar software (Canva).
- Experience in one of the tools for managing social media posting.
- You value teamwork, collaboration and being part of a team that is not just assembled but are aligned.
Specific Skills:
- You are highly organized, have an eye for detail and data, and can juggle multiple projects at one time.
- You’re a versatile and multi-faceted individual who is willing to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- You understand the aspects and needs of different media: email marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
- You have excellent verbal, grammar, and written communication skills. Experience writing social content and blogs.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- You love meeting deadlines.
- You’re well-versed in Excel and are comfortable learning new tools to manage information like our task management tool, Planner, CRM.
- Your time management skills are on point, and you’re not flustered by quick, hard deadlines.
- You bring your “A” game to every task and operate with a sense of urgency.
- You’re excited to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, report on any insights you’ve gained, and make proactive suggestions for improvement.
- You’re a team player and are willing to jump in and work on whatever is thrown your way.
- You are able to take direction from multiple people at the same time and work independently in an office environment, with minimal supervision.
