My husband, dog and I were travelling from bc and on the way to Edmonton for Christmas, our washer fluid lines froze. We were passing Jasper and called Griffith Ford the day before Christmas eve and without any questions they said we can stop by and they would fix the problem and put proper washer fluid in, half an hour before closing time. Myself and my girlfriend were on our way for a ski trip to Jasper. After filling up for gas, the truck began to act up and ended up stalling and not starting, we called a tow truck and towed it to Griffiths as that was the nearest dealership/service center to us. Am I glad we did. Trudy at the service desk was amazing and friendly. She was very accommodating, and made any extra effort possible to have our truck looked at quickly so we could continue our trip. Shaun (service manager) was equally as helpful. He personally looked at the vehicle, and with his expertise found the issue right away. Within an hour I had my vehicle running again. We always get excellent service at Griffiths Ford. Recently, my husbands F150 and my F350 was having some sensor issues which made the trailer connected/disconnected alarm go off constantly in the cab. My husband took his truck to the service department to ask about the issue. They scanned it and found the problem and said the part would be in the next day, and to stop by again to have it changed. He said order two because my wife’s truck is doing the same thing. So they did. And he brought both trucks over at separate times to have it fixed. No appointments. No inconvenience.
